Edition no.20

Hello ORLÉANS!
Welcome to the 20th edition of Orléans Connect. 20 issues already - can you believe it? As always, welcome new subscribers!
Recently, I came across a few online posts from Orléans residents talking about how there seems to be a noticeable increase in ✈️ airplane, mostly commercial traffic over Orléans. Anecdotally, I’ve also noticed this. Does anyone know if there has been a change in the way planes are lining up to land at YOW pushing more of them over Orléans? Curious to hear if anyone knows anything.
This week we’ve got another Orléans Food Spot review… make sure to check it out below in our featured business spotlight lower in the newsletter. 🍺🍻
Also a big thank you 🙏 to everyone who answered the poll last week and took time to comment. We’re extremely happy to hear that so many of you are enjoying the newsletter! 🥰

BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT 🔦
This week’s Orléans business spotlight is… 🥁 … BROADHEAD BREWERY - located at 1680 Vimont Ct Unit 106.
Broadhead Brewery is obviously a brewery, but also a great spot for food as they have a full-serve taproom with a patio right outside. Broadhead is also a great testament to entrepreneurial ingenuity, and it’s worth reading about their story on their website.
In addition to a delicious selection of brews, you’ll also find sandwiches, wraps, salads, all kinds of smoked meat, and typical pub fare like nachos, tacos, pulled pork, and more. Check out our full review of this terrific restaurant in this week’s Orléans Food Spot.
As always, if you do drop by, make sure to tell them that Orléans Connect sent you.

Orléans is young! There are well over 40 thousand residents that are between the ages of 0 to 19. That’s a lot of young whippersnappers running around.

Thanks to Christine G. for submitting her 7-year-old cat named Mason, who apparently enjoys sitting on top of Amazon gift cards. Us too Mason, us too. 🤣
