BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT 🔦
This week’s Orléans business spotlight is… 🥁 … MARKIE’S MONTREAL SMOKED MEAT - located at 3905 Innes Rd.
Markie’s is an Ottawa-based sandwich shop and restaurant with 3 locations in the city. Last year they made their debut in Orléans, bringing their unique and incredibly delicious sandwiches to our fine suburb.
If you’re a meat lover, this place is not to be missed. Check out our full review of this terrific restaurant in this week’s Orléans Food Spot.
As always, if you do drop by, make sure to tell them that Orléans Connect sent you.

It wasn’t until 2001 that Ottawa banned smoking in public bars and restaurants.

Thanks to Carmen G. for submitting her 3-month-old puppy named Tom Cruise (yes you read that right) and he is a precocious Boxer pup.
