BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT 🔦
This week’s Orléans business spotlight is… 🥁 … ORLEANS HOBBIES - located at 1803 St. Joseph Blvd. Unit 106.
Orleans Hobbies is a locally owned business that sells a wide variety of products for hobbyists of all kinds: puzzles, Lego, slot cars, games, crafts, RC vehicles, rockets, die cast cars, figures, model cars, planes, ships, trains, and more!
So, if you’re looking to get into a new hobby, Orleans Hobbies is a good place to start.
As always, if you wind up visiting them, make sure to tell them that Orléans Connect sent you.

According to the Ottawa Airport Authority, the number of flight passengers between YOW and U.S. destinations in the first six months of 2025 was 406,786. That’s a 7 percent increase over last year. A surprising finding given that trips to the U.S. by Canadians nationally are down significantly as a result of Canadians being miffed at all the tariffs and annexation talk by our southern neighbours.

Many thanks to Louise B. for sending in a photo of her loveable pooch named Lexie. Great bandana Lexie!
